Review Of Miss Bennet And Mr Bingley By Amanda Grange
In Miss Bennet & Mr Bingley, Fenella J Miller returns to JaneAusten's best loved novel, Pride and Prejudice, giving an insightinto both Charles and Jane's private thoughts through that difficult year. We discover what Jane did in London and how Charles filled the days until he was able to return to Netherfield. This book takes us past the wedding - when Kitty Bennet becomes the heroine of the hour. “Jane Bennet is in the spotlight in Fenella-Jane Miller's delightful novel. We see Jane's growing love for Bingley as well as her view of Elizabeth and Darcy's unfolding relationship, and we find out what happened to her in London when she thought all was lost. Humorous, engaging and true to Jane Austen's world, this is a charming read for Austen fans.” – Amanda Grange Amanda Grange is the bestselling author of Mr Darcy's Diary, (Mr Knightley's Diary, Captain Wentworth's Diary)
Review Of 'The Ghosts Of Neddingfield Hall'
Mysterious, eerie, filled with suspense, THE GHOST IN NEDDINGFIELD HALL will have you sitting on the edge of your seat, as you keep reading into the night until you reach the very last page. The heated romance between Ralph and Hester adds a sensual appeal to the story. Ms. Fenella-Jane Miller keeps you guessing right up to the end of the book, as you keep trying to figure out what is going on from the clues that you are constantly being given. With each clue, however, instead of the outcome being clearer, I was more uncertain of the outcome. Nevertheless, by the end of the book, Ms. Miller wrapped up the story nicely, answering all the questions that arose in this delightful tale. If you are looking for a great read with something extra, you will enjoy THE GHOST IN NEDDINGFIELD HALL. Do not miss it!

Review Of 'The House Party'
Having been let down by Lord Weston the previous summer, Miss Penelope Coombs was at first displeased when she is obliged to join his house party to watch a balloon ascension. However, she soon discovers that she still feels attracted to him and when he asks her to marry him she accepts.
Penny is plunged into a series of mishaps but neither she nor Lord Weston realise what is going on. They are searching for French traitors and spies, but perhaps the danger is nearer to home than they imagine.
A well paced, amusing mystery/romance. A sparkling Regency from an established writer and very enjoyable. 4.5 red roses Morna

Review Of 'A Debt Of Honour' by Romance Junkies
Eliza Fox hadn't pictured her life turning out quite like it has. With the death of her father and then with the news that her fiancé was killed in battle, Eliza picked up the reins holding the family together and stepped into the role of leader. Eliza is the one that makes the decisions that keep her family’s estate running and profitable while her younger brother, Edmund, finishes his years at school. Eliza thought she had everything well in hand until Edmund returns home with the terrifying news that he has lost everything, including the estate, in a card game to Lord Wydale.
The only good news out of the whole mess that Edmund has entangled them in is that Lord Wydale has given Edmund three months to come up with the money to cover the debt. To make matters worse Lord Wydale shows up almost immediately to check out the property he has won and while there he takes an unholy interest in Eliza and Edmund’s younger child-like sister. One good thing to come of the whole mess Eliza finds herself in is the traveling company that accompanied Lord Wydale, a Mr. Fletcher Reed.
Eliza finds herself drawn more and more to Fletcher and ends up enlisting his aid in figuring out the cryptic comment made by her father, right before his death, about an investment that he made that would help her in a time of desperate need. With Fletcher’s help Eliza embarks on a quest to find the missing money and during the time they are working to find the means to free themselves from Lord Wydale’s claims the two begin the process of falling in love. Unfortunately, events unfold that cause Eliza to doubt Fletcher’s love and honesty, but Eliza needs Fletcher to help solve the problems her family is facing. Can Fletcher convince Eliza that his love is true before it is too late? Where is the money Eliza’s father promised her would be there in her time of need? Pick up this wonderful book and find out.
A DEBT OF HONOR by Fenella-Jane Miller is another superbly romantic story with just the right touch of mystery and suspense. I really enjoyed watching the love between Eliza and Fletcher bloom among the mysteries and intrigues they were trying to solve. I was drawn into the story from the very first and was caught up in the lives of Eliza and her family and I found that I couldn’t put the book down until I knew how Eliza and Fletcher were going to solve all the problems they faced. I highly recommend this book for everyone who enjoys a historical romance with a little bit of mystery and intrigue.

Review Of 'Lord Thurston's Challenge'
It is the dying wish of Charlotte Carstairs' mother that she and her two younger siblings seek out their grandfather, Lord Thurston. Although he cast out his daughter when she married a poor soldier, surely he will take in three young orphans? But the old man is dead, and in his place resides Jack Griffin, the new Lord Thurston. He is a distant relative who leads a reclusive life in Thurston Hall, following his disfigurement in the recent wars. He has let the house go to rack and ruin, and has no taste for three young people living under his roof. In order not to appear too hardhearted he issues Charlotte with a challenge - improve the fortunes of the house, or leave.
There are no frothy balls, dashing Corinthians or giggling misses in this story, but there are plenty of other things to enjoy. Sensible Charlotte makes a good heroine, and while Jack can thunder with the best of them, he has a tender side which shows itself more times than the other. It is enjoyable to read how the crumbling old house is brought back to life, and, as well as the romance, there is a fiendish plot afoot - who is trying to kill Jack, Charlotte and the children and why? Pages turn with lightning speed, and I was swept up in it all from the opening sentence. An entertaining romance.
